**Step 2 — AI Risk Briefing for Chambers Leadership (£750, 1 hour)**
A focused briefing for the head of chambers and management committee. We cover the regulatory landscape, the case law, and the specific risks your chambers faces. This gives leadership the grounding to make informed decisions — and a clear brief to take to members.
**Step 3 — Implementation Workshop (£2,500, half-day)**
The main event. Delivered in your chambers, with your members. We build your policy, your verification workflow, and your prompt library together. You leave with documents ready to adopt, not another report to read.
