# How We Work With Chambers
Neura North offers a structured pathway from initial risk assessment through to ongoing governance support. Most chambers start with the free triage call to establish where they are and what they need. Many then move through to the Implementation Workshop as the core engagement. Continued support is available for those who want it.
Every stage is priced per chambers, not per person.

## Tier 0 — AI Risk & Readiness Triage
**Free | 15–20 minutes | Phone or video call**
A short, no-obligation call to understand your chambers’ current position on AI. We cover which tools members are using, whether a policy exists, and what your main risk areas are. By the end of the call, you will have a clear picture of where you stand — and we will both know whether there is a fit for further work.
This is the right starting point for any chambers considering AI governance for the first time, or for heads of chambers who want a quick external view before deciding how to proceed.

## Tier 1 — AI Risk Briefing for Chambers Leadership
**£750 | 1 hour | In-chambers or video**
A focused briefing for the head of chambers and management committee. We cover the current regulatory landscape in detail — *Ayinde v Haringey*, Bar Council guidance, BSB expectations — and walk through the specific risks your chambers faces based on your practice areas and current tool usage.
This session is designed for leadership who need to understand the compliance picture before bringing it to members. It gives you the grounding to make informed decisions and the language to communicate the stakes clearly to your set.
The Risk Briefing can stand alone or serve as preparation for the Implementation Workshop.

## Tier 2 — AI Implementation Workshop
**£2,500 | Half-day | In-chambers**
**Our main product.** A working session delivered in your chambers that produces three tangible deliverables: an **AI Governance Policy** adapted to your set, a **Verification Workflow** your members can follow in practice, and a **Prompt Library** built and tested during the session.
This is not a lecture or a webinar. It is a collaborative working day that ends with governance documents ready to adopt — not another report to read. Up to 10–15 members can attend.

## Tier 3 — Follow-up & Embedding Session
**£750–£1,250 | 2 hours | In-chambers or video**
Delivered typically 6–8 weeks after the Implementation Workshop, once your chambers has had time to implement and test the policy in real conditions.
We review how adoption has gone: what is working, what is not, where the policy needs tightening, and whether any new tools or regulatory developments require updates. Members who have been using the prompt library in practice bring the best questions to this session.
This session closes the gap between having a policy and actually embedding it. Pricing reflects session length and whether it involves on-site delivery.

## Tier 4 — Governance Retainer
**£500/month | Rolling engagement**
Ongoing governance support for chambers that want to stay ahead of a rapidly changing landscape. The retainer includes:
– **Quarterly policy refresh** — we review your AI governance policy against any regulatory or case law developments and recommend updates
– **Monthly office hours** — a standing slot for members or leadership to ask questions, review new tools, or talk through specific situations
– **Incident support** — if something goes wrong involving AI use in your chambers, we are available to help you understand and respond to it quickly
The retainer is suited to larger chambers or those with high AI tool usage who want a steady external governance resource rather than one-off engagements.

## Tier 5 — Custom Builds
**Separate sales cycle | Bespoke scope and pricing**
Some chambers have specific operational or practice needs that go beyond workshops and governance support — a custom AI tool for document review, an intake workflow, a research assistant configured for a specific practice area. We build these on a separate project basis.
If you have a specific requirement in mind, the triage call is still the right starting point. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we can build and what that would involve.

## Where to Start
**Most chambers start with the free triage call.** It takes 15–20 minutes, costs nothing, and gives both sides the information needed to decide on next steps. There is no obligation to proceed further.
