What you'll want to know first.

Is this the same as the free audit?

No. The Workflow Leak Scan is a two-minute self-serve check on one task: you type in how often it happens and we show you what it costs a year. The free audit is a 45-minute call that looks across your whole business and hands you a ranked shortlist of fixes, each with the saving on it.

Do I have to take a call?

No. The scan needs no call, no meeting and no obligation. Your results appear on screen straight away and land in your inbox. If the number is big enough to be worth fixing, booking the free audit is the obvious next step, but that is entirely your call.

Where do these numbers come from?

Simple arithmetic, not AI guesswork: times per week, multiplied by minutes each time, multiplied by the people involved, multiplied by 52 weeks, multiplied by your hourly cost. The opportunity figure assumes automation handles half the task, which is deliberately conservative. Nothing is estimated for you and nothing is inflated.

What happens to my details?

We use them to send your results and, if you ask for it, to arrange the free audit. Your details are never sold and you are not added to any marketing list unless you tick the separate opt-in box. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

What does fixing a leak actually cost?

Fixed-price Automation Sprints start at £1,500, and every build starts with the free audit so you see the saving before you spend anything. If the numbers do not justify a build, we say so and sell you nothing.

One task is rarely the whole story. The free audit finds every leak worth fixing.
