Is £1,500 a lot for one automation?
A single well-chosen automation is designed to save two or more hours every week, which at typical UK staff costs is £4,000 or more of time a year, for a one-time £1,500 build. It is also the cheapest way to find out what automation can do for your business before committing further.
Could I just learn the tools myself?
You could, and some owners do. It typically takes 20 or more hours to get competent, and longer to learn the failure modes that break automations silently. We deliver a working, documented automation in days, and you keep the documentation either way.
What if it does not work for our business?
Every package includes support: 30 days on Starter and 60 days priority on Foundation. Foundation and Transformation also carry the rebuild guarantee, so if the automations are not saving you at least 5 hours a week within 60 days, we rebuild them free until they do.
Why only 5 automations in Foundation?
Because most of the value comes from the first five, built properly and working together. If you need more later, you can add another Sprint from £1,500 on the services menu, or step up to Transformation.
Do I have to pay monthly after the build?
No. Ongoing management is optional and runs through our Managed AI plans from £500 a month, on a monthly rolling basis with no lock-in, cancel any time. Automations, like any system, need occasional maintenance: connections expire, apps update, edge cases appear. Some clients handle that themselves; many prefer it handled.
30 days for Foundation feels slow.
We are building five interconnected automations properly: mapped, integrated with your tools, tested against your real data, and documented. Rushed automations fail quietly and cost you more later. Thirty days means done right.
Is £12,000 justifiable for a small business?
Transformation is scoped so the hours it reclaims are designed to pay it back within months, and we agree those ROI targets with you before any work starts. If the numbers do not stack up for your business, we tell you and suggest Foundation instead. Many clients start smaller and step up.
