How much does the AI Lead & Ops Sprint cost?
£1,950 setup + £750 a month. The monthly fee covers hosting and platform costs, monitoring, tuning, a monthly review and up to 2 hours of changes, and it is month-to-month after go-live with 30 days’ notice. The entry package, AI Receptionist & Lead Follow-up Lite, is £995 setup + £395 a month with a 3-month minimum. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Which package do I need?
A 20-minute call usually tells you. For the full picture, the AI Opportunity Audit (£495, credited against a build) is a 90-minute workshop and a written report of your top 5 automations. If nothing is worth automating, we say so.
How long does a Sprint take?
A typical Sprint goes live in about two weeks from kickoff. The timeline is agreed up front, and the build is tested on your real examples before it goes live.
What if the build does not do what we agreed?
We agree written acceptance criteria before any work starts. If the build doesn’t meet them, we fix it at no extra cost, and if we can’t, you don’t pay for it.
What does the monthly fee pay for?
On the Sprint, £750 a month covers hosting and platform costs, monitoring, tuning, a monthly review and up to 2 hours of changes. AI usage is included up to a fair-use level agreed at kickoff.

Could I just learn the tools myself?
You could, and some owners do. Getting competent takes real time, and longer again to learn the failure modes that break automations silently. We hand over a working, documented automation, and you keep the documentation either way.
