AI automation, by industry.
AI automation by industry starts with the work your team repeats, the systems it uses and the decisions a person must keep. This directory brings together Neura North's published sector pages, from estate agents and accountants to trades and recruitment, so you can compare relevant admin tasks before asking for an audit.
Updated
Organised to help you choose.
Compare the existing sector pages in one place, then use the task and review questions below to choose a useful first conversation. The directory links only to published pages and does not imply support for a particular software integration.
- The directory draws its list from published sector pages, not planned URLs
- The comparison distinguishes repeated admin from decisions that need human review
- The audit checks actual systems, data access and exceptions before a build is scoped
Everything here.
The work around the practice, onboarding clients, chasing records, drafting the same emails and writing up where every job stands, repeats every week.
Proposals, client reports, meeting notes and the follow-ups after every call: the fee-earning work gets squeezed while the write-up piles up.
Reminders, no-show chasing, review requests, patient recalls, the front-desk work around every appointment is relentless, and nearly all of it repeats.
Portal and website enquiries go cold in minutes, viewings need booking, reminding and rebooking, and the same details get retyped between every portal and your CRM.
Registration write-ups, CVs reformatted to house style, candidates chased for documents, the CRM fed by hand, interviews juggled by email.
Intake triage, conflict pre-checks, fee chasing, client updates, the paperwork around every matter, it quietly eats hours your fee-earners could be billing.
Enquiries come in while you’re up a ladder, quotes get written at 9pm, and the ones you did send go quiet.
Holiday enquiries need answering fast because your customer is enquiring with three agents at once, quotes and itineraries get built from scratch every time, and the ones you send go quiet.
AI for UK care homes: family updates and incident-report drafts automated, with every entry checked and signed off by a named staff member.
AI for UK dental practices: enquiries, reminders and recalls handled inside your practice software, with clinical decisions left to the team.
AI for UK mortgage brokers: document chasing and case-status updates automated in your sourcing system, with advice left to the adviser.
AI for UK vets: booking reminders and routine text enquiries, with urgent-message flags for human handling, not clinical triage.
Where to start.
| Your sector | Start by mapping | Keep a person responsible for |
|---|---|---|
| Estate agents and travel agents | Enquiry replies, follow-ups and record updates | Published descriptions, availability and commitments to customers |
| Accountants and solicitors | Document chasing, intake and routine status updates | Professional advice and decisions about a client's case |
| Clinics and recruitment | Scheduling, application or enquiry records and reminders | Clinical and hiring decisions, and access to sensitive information |
| Trades and agencies | Quotes, project handovers, inbox admin and reporting | Prices, scope, quality checks and approval of customer messages |
Start with a task, not a tool
The directory below lists the sector pages included in this release. Its links and descriptions follow the pages that are actually published.
Choose the page closest to your business, then write down one task that repeats. An enquiry reply, a document chase and a quote follow-up may all involve messages, but their inputs, permissions and checks are different. The useful starting point is the work your team can explain and review.
Check the handoff before the automation
For that task, identify what starts it, where the necessary information lives and what a completed result looks like. Name the person who checks an uncertain result and the situations that must go straight to them. Avoid putting confidential client or patient records into a general enquiry form.
Software names and an existing website do not prove that an integration is available. API access, licence terms, data permissions and the review process need checking before a build is promised. The AI Opportunity Audit is the first conversation about those facts, not a commitment to a particular tool or a guaranteed saving.
Questions, answered straight.
Does Neura North have a page for my industry?
This directory lists the sector pages currently published. If your sector is absent, start with the existing admin, quoting, scheduling or reporting pages, or describe one repeated task in the AI Opportunity Audit request. A sector name alone does not establish that a particular integration is supported.
How is an industry page different from a use-case page?
An industry page groups tasks around one type of business. A use-case page focuses on a task, such as inbox admin or quoting, that several sectors share. Read the sector page for context, then identify the actual task, systems and exception cases for your audit.
What should I bring to the AI Opportunity Audit?
Bring a description of one repeated task, how often it happens, the systems involved and who checks the result. Use a process description rather than customer records. The audit helps decide what is worth investigating before access, licensing and a build scope are agreed.
Choose the work your team can review.
